Shipping policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All postage is handled via Australia Post.
Shipping Options & Costs:
· Orders with 2 items or more: Free Standard Parcel Post. Customers may upgrade to Express Post for an additional $15 AUD.
· Orders with 1 item: Standard Parcel Post is $10 AUD, and Express Post is $15 AUD.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
· Standard Parcel Post delivery typically takes 3 - 6 business days across Australia but may take longer for remote areas and Tasmania.
· Express Post generally provides 1 - 3 business day delivery to most areas.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. International Shipping
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
· International Enquiries: While we currently focus on our Australian customers, we would love to help our international community access our collections. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@kezy.au. We will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote and assist you with the process manually.
Please Note: For any international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Style by Kezy is not liable for customs delays or additional local charges.
3. Dispatch Information
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended. Express Post expedites the shipping transit time only and does not change dispatch priority.
4. Important Information & Risk of Loss
Style by Kezy is not responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" by the carrier but lost or stolen from your property. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order.
· Options: "Ship Available Items Now" (additional shipping fees apply) or "Wait for Pre-Order" (all items ship together).
· Timelines: Estimated arrival dates are listed on product pages. Please allow up to 2 weeks beyond the estimated date for unforeseen delays. By placing a pre-order, you accept these potential timelines.
